Services includes:
1.Door-to-doctor transportation – Include all your visits to your primary care doctor,specialist & Imaging centers.
2. Dedicated Care Team will provide you with concierge services as follow:
* Schedule appointments with primary doctor, specialist, and imaging center
* Prescriptions delivered to your front door:
* Doctor home visits
* Bed ridden patients will only be legible for home visits.
3. Courtesy healthy snacks are available after lab services and during your regular visits.
